摘　　要：“和”文化是武术文化的内涵之一,其通过多种维度展现出来,而“点到为止”作为其中的一个维度,通过武术影视为载体展现出了中华民族的广阔胸怀和习武理念。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、内容分析法、直接观看法、对比分析法等主要方法对影视武术进行解读,将“点到为止”理念在其中的折射进行挖掘与研究,旨在弘扬其中的文化内涵和民族精神。Harmony culture is the connotation of wushu(martial arts).which is shown in multiple dimensions,and"not going further than necessary"is one of them.This concept reflects the broad mind of the Chinese nation and main idea for learning wushu through wushu movies.Through literature review,logical analysis,content analysis,direct viewing and comparative study.this paper interprets wushu in movies and televisions,and has an in-depth study on the reflection of thee"not going further than necessary"concept,aiming at promoting its cultural connotation and national spirit.
