摘　　要：Isthmin1是一种脂肪因子,最初作为一种血管生成抑制剂在多种肿瘤细胞中具有良好表现,随后逐步发现其广泛存在于不同物种的多种组织中,并通过内分泌的方式调节生长发育、代谢及组织重建。近年来,Isthmin1因其生物学功能多样性受到人们的广泛关注。本文对Isthmin1发现、分布、参与的病理生理过程如生长发育、抑制新生血管、调节糖脂代谢及参与细胞炎症免疫等研究进展进行综述,为今后Isthmin1辅助临床诊断及作为临床治疗新靶点提供参考依据。Isthmin1,an adipokine,initially showed good performance in a variety of tumor cells as an angiogenesis inhibitor.Subsequently,it was found to be widely present in various tissues of different species,regulating growth and development,metabolism and tissue reconstruction through an endocrine way.In recent years,Isthmin1 has attracted extensive attention due to its biological function diversity.This paper reviews the progress of Isthmin1’s discovery,distribution,and involvement in pathophysiological processes such as growth and development,inhibition of neovascularization,regulation of glycolipid metabolism and involvement in cellular inflammatory immunity,and provides a reference for future Isthmin1 aids in clinical diagnosis and as a new target for clinical treatment.
