摘　　要：[目的/意义]梳理2022年国外高校图书馆重要热点主题与发展趋势,为国内同行了解外部环境及发展趋势提供参考。[方法/过程]采用内容分析法,基于2022年国际主要行业协会组织或机构发布的20余份研究报告及相关学术文献,从外部环境、战略规划、资源建设、研究数据服务、开放获取、开放科学、图书馆集成系统、图书馆合作8个方面梳理2022年国外高校图书馆重要热点主题与发展趋势。[结果/结论]研究发现,8大主题方面都有不同的新进展。高校图书馆可成立专门的部门或组建跨部门的团队及小组持续关注外部环境的变化,加强战略规划与合作寻求图书馆转型与创新,以自建、合作、外包和指引等策略重构服务能力。[Purpose/Significance]This paper summarizes the important hot topics and development trends of university libraries abroad in 2022 in order to provide directional thoughts and reference for Chinese university libraries to understand the current external environment and development trends abroad.[Method/Process]Based on content analysis method,this paper analyzed more than 20 research reports released by major international LIS associations or institutions in 2022 and relevant academic literature,and summarized eight hot topics and trends:external environment,strategic planning,resource construction,research data services,open access,open science,library systems,and library cooperation.[Result/Conclusion]There are different new developments in the eight major themes.The university libraries can set up special departments or cross department teams and groups to continuously focus on changes in the external environment,develop strategic planning and cooperations to promote library transformations and innovations,and reconstruct new service capabilities through four strategies:build,collaborate,outsource,and refer.
