摘　　要：“知识产权法学”课程的教学成效在一定程度上影响着知识产权法律人才培养的质量。“知识产权法学”课程思政课堂教学在教学理念、教学内容、教学形式、教学能力等方面存在一些问题,教师应当借鉴OBE教育理念,以时代对法学专业人才素质和实践能力的要求为出发点,积极探索多元化课堂教学模式,实现教学目标多元化、教学内容多元化、教学形式多元化、教学平台多元化、课程考核多元化、教学能力提升路径多元化,稳步推进课堂教学改革,提升课程思政教学质量。The teaching effectiveness of the course"intellectual property law"to a certain extent affects the quality of intellectual property law talent cultivation.There are some problems in the ideological and political classroom teaching of the"intellectual property law"course in terms of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching form,teaching ability,etc.Teachers should learn from OBE education philosophy,take the requirements of the times for the quality and practical ability of legal professionals as the starting point,actively explore diversified classroom teaching models,achieve diversified teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching forms diversified teaching platforms,diversified course assessments,and diversified paths for improving teaching abilities,steadily promoting classroom teaching reform and improving the quality of curriculum ideological and political education in courses.
