摘 要:长半径水平井管柱力学载荷计算模型通常使用软杆模型与修正的软杆模型相结合的方法,计算管柱摩阻扭矩,借助数据分析模型,结合下套管“悬重对摩阻系数敏感性模型图版”,分析预测下套管摩阻系数,进而评价下套管难易程度,指导井眼降阻技术优化以及下套管方式的优选。通过两种方法预测下套管摩阻系数:(1)在通井摩阻系数的基础上附加一个系数值;(2)通过分析影响下套管摩阻系数的主控因子,分别求解出正钻井的不同主控因子对邻井下套管摩阻系数的正负影响值(摩阻系数增减值),再求解出正钻井的下套管摩阻系数(预测的下套管摩阻系数),取二者的平均值作为正钻井下套管摩阻系数的最终预测值。实践应用表明,该值与实际反演的下套管摩阻系数最大误差仅为±0.03,预测准确度高,效果显著。The string mechanical load calculation model of long radius horizontal well uses the combing method of soft rod model and mod-ified soft rod model to calculate the friction torque of the pipe string.With the help of data analysis model technology,the sensitivity model version of suspension weight to friction coefficient in running casing is used to analyze and predict the friction coefficient of running cas-ing,evaluate the difficulty of running casing,and guide the technology optimization of reducing wellbore's drag,and the optimization of running casing way.Two methods are used to predict the casing friction coefficient:one is to add a coefficient value to the open-well fric-tion coefficient;the other is,through the analysis of main controlling factors affecting friction coefficient of casing running,to respectively calculate the positive and negative influencing values of different main control factors in normal drilling on the friction coefficient of side--well casing running,(increasing and decreasing value of friction coefficient),and then solve the friction coefficient of casing running in normal drlling(predictive friction coefficient of casing running),finally take the averaging value of them as the final predictive value of friction coefficient of casing running in normal drlling.It is shown that the maximum error of this value with the actual experimental fric-tion coefficient of casing running is only±0.03,showing the high accuracy of prediction and remarkable effect.
