多级分段堵水工艺在南海海相砂岩稠油油藏的应用实践

摘　　要：针对南海海相砂岩稠油油藏含水上升快、面临投产即高-特高含水、产量低及易出砂的生产困境,以及采出程度低、预测采收率低、开发难度大、稳油控水形势严峻等问题。开展了多级分段堵水技术应用研究,分析评价南海东部地区X油田开发中波及系数和驱油效率的变化规律,提出了找堵水一体化的多级分段堵水技术。通过保护液测试全井段和分隔后隔断的注入指示曲线,根据不同位置注入指示曲线的变化判断出水点,并针对性的开展不动管柱堵水作业,从而保证堵水作业的成功率及效果。多级分段堵水工艺对南海海相砂岩稠油油藏有较好的适应性,现场应用有效期达半年以上,可推广应用。In view of the production dilemmas of marine sandstone heavy oil reservoir in South China Sea like water content rising quickly,high or very high water content while facing production,low yield,and being easy to produce sand,as well as problems such as low production degree,low predicted recovery rate,great development difficulty,and severe oil stability and water control situation,this article carried out a study on application and practice of multi-stage segmentation of water shutoff technology,analyzed and evaluated the change law of impact coefficient and flooding efficiency in the development of X oil field in the eastern part of the South China Sea,and proposed an integration multi-stage and segmented water plugging technology.This technology used the protection fluid to test the injection indication curve in the whole well section and partition after segregation.Then,according to the change of injection indication curve in different positions,the water points were determined,and the water shutoff operation of fixed string was conducted with the target,so as to ensure the success rate and effect of water shutoff operation.Therefore,multi-stage segmented water shutoff technology has a better adaptability for the marine sandstone heavy oil reservoir of South China Sea,and field application life can reach more than half a year,and can be promoted and applied.
