摘 要:以H_(24)Mo_(7)N_(6)O_(24)·4H_(2)O为铵源,Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O为钴源,β-环糊精为模板,去离子水为溶剂,通过简单的一步水热法成功制备出片状CoMoO_(4)/MoO_(3)复合材料,并将材料组装成旁热式传感器,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS和CGS-8静态测试系统对材料的物相、微观形貌、元素价态和气敏性能进行了研究。结果表明:复合材料的主体为片状MoO_(3),含有少量CoMoO_(4);MoO_(3)与CoMoO_(4)相互接触形成PN结;CoMoO_(4)/MoO_(3)对正丁胺表现出优异的选择性,最佳操作温度为180℃;在最佳操作温度下,CoMoO_(4)/MoO_(3)对100 ppm正丁胺的灵敏度为76.05;纯MoO_(3)的最大灵敏度为36.3,CoMoO_(4)/MoO_(3)传感器对于正丁胺的响应比纯MoO_(3)提高了1倍,CoMoO_(4)/MoO_(3)的选择性系数是纯MoO_(3)的3.77倍。CoMoO_4/MoO_(3) composite flake nanosheets were synthesized by a one step hydrothermal method based on H_(24)Mo_7N_6O_(24)·4H_(2O) as amine source,Co(NO_3)_2·6H_(2O) as cobalt source,β-Cyclodextrin as soft template,and deionized water as solvent,assembling materials into a para-heat sensor.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and CGS-8 were used to analyze the material phases,micromorphology,elemental valence and gas-sensitive property.The results show that the composite material is mainly MoO_(3) with a small amount of CoMoO_4.MoO_(3) and CoMoO_(4) are in contact with each other,PN junction forms at the contact edge.CoMoO_4/MoO_(3) exhibits an excellent selectivity to n-butylamine,and the optimal operating temperature is 180 ℃.The sensitivity of CoMoO_4/MoO_(3) to 100 ppm n-butylamine is 76.05 at optimal temperature,the maximum sensitivity of pure MoO_(3) is 36.3.The response value of CoMoO_4/MoO_(3) sensor for n-butylamine is twice as high as that of MoO_3,and the selectivity coefficient is 3.77 times than that of pure MoO_3.
