摘  要:针对投入式浊度检测仪长时间工作时容易受到环境光和温度等影响的问题,文中设计了一种新型投入式在线浊度仪。该仪器采用电流和光强双反馈控制光源以稳定光强输出,进而抑制温度变化和光源老化带来的不利影响;同时,由控制器产生低频方波信号开闭光源,通过对光源开闭时的电压信号作差的方式消除环境光和温度对检测电路的影响。最终在低浊度采用散射法,高浊度采用透射法,实现浊度的宽量程在线精确测量。实验结果表明:该浊度仪在0~1 000 NTU浊度范围内,测量重复性误差最大为2.08%,具有测量精度高、重复性好、零点漂移小的优点,能够满足典型浊度测量应用需求。A new type of input online turbidimeter was designed to address the problem that input turbidimeter is susceptible to ambient light and temperature during prolonged operation.The device used dual feedback control of current and light intensity to stabilize the light output,thereby suppressing the adverse effects of temperature changes and light source aging.At the same time,the controller generates a low-frequency square wave signal to switch the light source on and off,eliminating the effects of ambient light and temperature on the detection circuit by the difference of the voltage signal when the light source is switched on and off.Finally,the scattering method was used for low turbidity and the transmission method was used for high turbidity to achieve accurate online measurement of turbidity over a wide range.The experimental results show that the turbidimeter has a maximum measurement repeatability error of 2.08% in the turbidity range of 0~1 000 NTU,which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,good repeatability,and low zero drift,and can meet the requirements of typical turbidity measurement applications.
