摘 要:针对当前工业现场布线繁杂、数据通信确定性不足的问题,对双线以太网实现现场统一布线、时间敏感网络应用于工业场景的发展现状进行了阐述,分析了双线以太网与时间敏感网络技术结合的原理,并基于时间敏感网络交换机和双线以太网转换器搭建了网络通信系统测试平台。实验结果表明:双线以太网与时间敏感网络技术结合可以满足工业实时性通信需求,可进一步推广到工业现场,降低成本并提升工业生产通信质量。Aiming at the recent issues of complex industrial field cabling and communication with insufficient determinism,the current developments of implementing unified industrial field cabling via SPE(single-pair Ethernet) and TSN(time-sensitive network) applications in industry were elaborated,the integration principle of these two technologies was analyzed,and an experimental platform of a network communication system based on TSN switch and single-pair Ethernet converter was built.The experimental results show that the combination of single-pair Ethernet and time-sensitive network can meet the needs of industrial real-time communication,and can be further promoted to industrial sites to reduce costs and improve communication quality.
