摘 要:针对航空锂电池极耳焊缝微缺陷识别及分类研究,阐述了多频涡流层析成像检测机制及组成结构,提出采用多通道微型差分涡流检测线圈作为缺陷信号有效拾取介质,并基于STM32完成了高灵敏度励磁-检测探头、激励电路、锁相环电路以及信号调理采样电路的系统化设计。实验结果表明:该系统可有效识别航空锂电池极耳焊缝微缺陷(缺焊、多焊、气泡等),其中缺焊及气泡微缺陷导致扫面曲线出现上凸现象,而多焊微缺陷形成下凹趋势,整机电路方案为相关检测领域的缺陷检测提供了良好的实验基础。Aiming at the research on the identification and classification of micro-defects in the pole-ear weld of aviation lithium battery,the multi-frequency eddy current tomography detection mechanism and composition structure were described,and the multi-channel micro-differential eddy current detection coil was proposed as the effective pickup medium for the defect signal.The systematic design of the high-sensitivity excitation-detection probe,excitation circuit,phase-locked loop circuit and signal conditioning sampling circuit was completed based on STM32.The experimental results show that the system can effectively identify the micro-defects(lack of welding,multiple welding,bubbles,etc.)in the pole-ear weld of the aviation lithium battery,in which the lack of welding and bubble micro-defects lead to the convex phenomenon of the scanning curve,while the multi-welding micro-defects form the concave trend.Meanwhile,the whole machine circuit scheme provides a good experimental basis for the defect detection in the relevant inspection fields.
