摘 要:采用面向对象设计方法,从底层驱动出发,逐层封装,设计FAIMS多参量解耦合测控系统,实现FAIMS多参量大范围精准独立控制和全谱/多参量遍历扫描。对弱信号探测、补偿电压、分离电压、样品浓度控制和温湿度控制单元进行功能分解,并在此基础上对上述参量进行合理封装以实现对各参量解耦合控制。通过实验验证了系统的补偿电压扫描范围为-30 V~+30 V,响应时间控制在5μs以内,可配置任意波形扫描;弱信号探测器采样率为6.8 Hz~3.4 kHz,且噪声随之改变;分离电压的峰值为0~2 000 V、频率为0~2 MHz,上升和下降时间在0.02 ms左右;样品气流量为0~1 L/min,载气流量为0~5 L/min,二者配合实现浓度控制。FAIMS传感器测控系统设计有利于实验流程优化和多维全谱数据获取,为FAIMS传感器开展系统性实验研究和现场应用奠定了测控平台基础。Using the object-oriented design idea,starting from the underlying drive and layer by layer encapsulation,the multi-parameter decoupling measurement and control system of FAIMS was designed to realize the FAIMS multi-parameter high-precision independent control in a large range and full-spectrum/multi-parameter traversal scanning.The weak signal detection,compensation voltage,separation voltage,sample concentration control and temperature and humidity control unit were functionally decomposed,and on this basis,the above parameters were reasonably encapsulated to achieve decoupling control of each parameter.The experimental results verify that the compensation voltage scan range of the system is between-30 V~+30 V,the response time is controlled within 5 μs and the arbitrary waveform scan can be configured.The sampling frequency of the weak signal detector is between 6.8 Hz and 3.4 kHz,and the noise changes accordingly.The peak value of the separation voltage is between 0 and 2 000 V,the frequency is between 0 and 2 MHz,and the rising and falling time is about 0.02 ms.Test sample gas flow rate is 0~1 L/min,carrier gas flow rate is 0~5 L/min,and the above cooperate with each other to achieve concentration control.The design of the FAIMS sensor measurement and control system is conducive to the optimization of experimental process and the acquisition of multi-dimensional full spectrum data,laying a foundation for the measurement and control platform of the FAIMS sensor to carry out systematic experimental research and field application.
