摘 要:研究了某精细化工生产装置滤液回收单元真空系统中引入喷射泵替代液环真空泵的效果。通过考察喷射泵在使用过程中的真空度、排气量、废液产生量和系统稳定性,得出以下结论:冷凝器的换热效率越高,能够缩短喷射泵真空系统达到极限真空度所需时间;喷射泵真空度的调控可通过工作液循环泵的泵流量在一定范围内调节;同等工况下,喷射泵的抽气效率约是液环真空泵的3倍;对工作液进行低温冷却,喷射泵的抽气速率约是液环真空泵的2.3倍。引入喷射泵替代液环泵真空泵可以提升真空系统的稳定性、减少维修和对环境的影响。This article investigates the effect of introducing a jet pump instead of a liquid ring vacuum pump in the vacuum system of the filtrate recovery unit of a fine chemical production device.By Studying the factors that affect the vacuum degree,exhaust volume,waste liquid generation,and system stability of the jet pump during operation,the following conclusion can be drawn:the higher the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser,the shorter the time required for the jet pump vacuum system to reach the maximum vacuum degree;The vacuum degree of the jet pump can be adjusted within a certain range through the pump flow rate of the working fluid circulation pump;Under the same working conditions,the pumping efficiency of the jet pump is about three times that of the liquid ring vacuum pump;Cooling the working fluid at low temperature,the pumping rate of the jet pump is about 2.3 times that of the liquid ring vacuum pump.Introducing a jet pump instead of a liquid ring pump can improve the stability of the vacuum system,reduce maintenance and nearly have no impact on the environment.
