摘　　要：福建某石油化工企业环氧乙烷(EO)/乙二醇(EG)装置于2021年8月一次投氧成功,并产出环氧乙烷、乙二醇等主要化工原料。2022年11月1日,装置出现废气焚烧炉异常停炉事件,停炉后废气只能直排大气,给环保造成很大压力的同时也增加了装置能耗。为彻底解决这一问题,装置联合各专业部门、厂家组成事件调查组,对停炉的原因进行分析与讨论,并制定出行之有效的解决措施。The EO/EG unit of a petrochemical enterprise in Fujian was successfully oxygenated in August 2021 and produced major chemical raw materials such as ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol.On November 1,2022,an abnormal shutdown event of the waste gas incinerator occurred in the unit.After the shutdown,the waste gas can only be discharged directly into the atmosphere,causing great pressure on the environmental protection and increasing the energy consumption of the unit.In order to thoroughly solve this problem,the device,in conjunction with various professional departments and manufacturers,formed an incident investigation team to analyze and discuss the causes of the shutdown,and formulated effective solutions for the trip.
