摘 要:海洋石油地质环境复杂,地层流体存在高温、高压、易燃易爆、强腐蚀等特点,在原油开采过程中易对海洋石油平台工艺系统造成诸多危害,如火灾、爆炸、腐蚀损坏等,影响相关设备使用寿命,造成财产损失及环境污染。本文在明确道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法基本原理、评价程序、评价标准基础上,以某海洋石油平台工艺系统为例,分析了平台工艺系统组成(原油生产系统、注水系统),计算了火灾、爆炸危险指数值以及暴露区域半径和面积,评估了平台上各工艺单元及整体系统安全水平,所取得成果及认识对同行具有一定技术指导意义。The geological environment of offshore oil is complex,and the formation fluid has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,flammability,explosion and strong corrosion.During the process of crude oil exploitation,it is easy to cause many hazards to the process system of offshore oil platform,such as fire,explosion,corrosion damage,etc.,affecting the service life of relevant equipment,causing property loss and environmental pollution.On the basis of clarifying the basic principle,evaluation procedure and evaluation standard of Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Hazard Index Evaluation Method,taking the process system of an offshore oil platform as an example,this paper analyzes the composition of the platform process system(crude oil production system,water injection system),calculates the fire and explosion hazard index value,radius and area of the exposed area,and evaluates the safety level of each process unit and the overall system on the platform,The achievements and understanding have certain technical guiding significance for peers.
