摘　　要：本文通过对河北省沿海地区经济发展的基础和现状进行梳理,并分析其成因,有针对性地提出财政支持河北省沿海经济高质量发展的对策建议,以期为发展沿海经济提供更有价值的理论指导,促进河北省沿海经济的高质量发展和持续长效发展,推动沿海经济与环渤海经济圈和天津滨海新区等协同发展。This article sorts out the foundation and current situation of economic development in the coastal areas of Hebei Province,analyzes its causes,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for financial support for high-quality development of the coastal economy in Hebei Province,in order to provide more valuable theoretical guidance for the development of the coastal economy and promote high-quality and sustained long-term development of the coastal economy in Hebei Province,and promote the coordinated development of coastal economy with the Bohai Rim Economic Circle and Tianjin Binhai New Area.
