摘　　要：电子信息产业已成为苏州第一大支柱产业和战略性产业,目前正处于转型升级新阶段。本文构建了电子信息创新链和产业链的双链精准对接机制的理论模型,在此理论模型背景下,分析苏州电子信息产业链和创新链对接中存在的问题,对促进产业链和创新链精准对接机制的形成提出对策建议。The electronic information industry has become the largest pillar industry and strategic industry in Suzhou,and is currently in a new stage of transformation and upgrading.This article constructs a theoretical model of the dual chain precise docking mechanism between the electronic information innovation chain and the industrial chain.Against the background of this theoretical model,it analyzes the problems in the docking between the Suzhou electronic information industry chain and the innovation chain,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the formation of the precise docking mechanism between the industrial chain and the innovation chain.
