浅析管廊工程钢筋专业化加工与配送技术

摘　　要：目前钢筋专业化加工与配送作为绿色施工中节材与材料资源利用技术在国内逐步在推广应用。本文主要结合某管廊项目的工程规模、钢筋加工类型、配送距离等要求,从钢筋加工厂的选址、钢筋加工厂的建设、钢筋的加工与配送管理等方面来论述轻型移动式加工厂的构造、优势以及管廊工程钢筋专业化加工与配送的组织与管理。Currently,the specialized processing and distribution of steel bars,as a material saving and resource utilization technology in green construction,is gradually being promoted and applied in China.This article mainly discusses the structure and advantages of a light mobile processing plant,as well as the organization and management of specialized processing and distribution of steel bars in a pipe gallery project,based on the requirements of engineering scale,steel bar processing type,and distribution distance,from the selection of steel bar processing plant site,construction of steel bar processing plant,and management of steel bar processing and distribution.
