摘 要:随着隧道施工机械化的不断提升,三臂凿岩台车被广泛应用,其钻孔方式采用高压风高压水进行钻进、排渣,而对于缺水地区,或遇水不稳定岩层,无法直接采用三臂凿岩台车钻孔施工。通过优化三臂凿岩台车水路及电路系统,进行自调节气雾排渣,既能节约成本,又能适应不同环境、不同围岩下的隧道钻爆作业。With the continuous improvement of tunnel construction mechanization,three-arm rock drilling jumbos have been widely used.Their drilling method uses high-pressure wind and water for drilling and slag discharge.However,for areas lacking water or unstable rock formations when encountering water,it is not possible to directly use three-arm rock drilling jumbos for drilling construction.By optimizing the waterway and circuit system of the three-arm rock drilling jumbo and self regulating the air mist slag discharge,it can not only save costs but also adapt to tunnel drilling and blasting operations in different environments and surrounding rocks.
