摘  要:论文针对高速铁路道岔连续梁施工质量管理中预应力张拉的技术难点,从工艺流程、工作原理和注意事项等方面,详细介绍了智能张拉系统的应用方案,并结合某新建高速铁路道岔连续梁施工成果,采取定量和定性分析方式对技术和经济指标进行评价,为后续铁路道岔连续梁预应力张拉施工提供了借鉴和参考。This paper introduces the application scheme of intelligent tensioning system in detail from the aspects of process flow,working principle and precautions for the difficulty of quality management in the construction of continuous beam of high-speed railway turnout,and adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the technical and economic indexes in combination with the construction results of continuous beam of a new high-speed railway turnout,which provides reference for the pre-stress tensioning construction of continuous beam of subsequent railway turnout.
