基于DEA-Tobit模型的南疆企业竞争力分析

摘　　要：在研究南疆企业竞争力背景下,以2021年14家南疆地区上市公司的财务数据为支撑,选择投入导向并采用DEA-Tobit两步法对数据进行分析.结果表明,近半数公司规模报酬递增,且存在投入冗余的情况,可以考虑从净利润率、总资产增长率和营业总成本增长率3个指标减少投入.Tobit回归模型分析表明,企业综合效率与净利润率、总资产增长率具有明显正相关关系,而企业综合效率与营业总成本增长率具有明显负相关关系.对此,企业要加快信用融资,多渠道拓宽资金来源,同时政府需要落实减税政策,降低企业经营负担.In the context of studying the competitiveness of enterprises in South Xinjiang,financial data of 14 listed companies in South Xinjiang in 2021 are used as support,and input orientation is selected and the data are analyzed using the two-step DEA-Tobit method.The results show that nearly half of the companies have increased returns to scale and there is input redundancy,which can be considered to reduce inputs from three indicators,net profit margin,total asset growth rate and total operating cost growth rate.The Tobit regression model analysis shows that the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises has a significant positive correlation with net profit margin and total asset growth rate,while the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises has a significant negative correlation with the growth rate of total operating costs growth rate.In this regard,enterprises should accelerate credit financing and multi-channelize capital sources,while the government needs to implement tax reduction policies to reduce the burden of enterprise operation.
