摘 要:以紫花苜蓿“龙牧801”植株为实验材料,对采集的5~9月份植株进行生长指标、营养成分测定和变化规律分析,并利用隶属函数法对各指标变化进行综合评价.结果表明,随着苜蓿植株生长周期的延长,苜蓿生长指标中的株高逐渐增加,鲜质量和干质量呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,鲜干比逐渐降低;不同采收期苜蓿的粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量随着苜蓿采收月份的增加呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,磷和钾含量呈现降低的变化趋势.应用隶属函数法对10项指标变化进行综合评价,隶属函数值大小为7月份>8月份>6月份>5月份>9月份,7月份苜蓿生长和营养指标的隶属函数值最高,为苜蓿刈割进行青贮的最适时期.The alfalfa“Longmu 801”plant was used as the test material.The growth index and nutrient composition of the collected plants were measured and analyzed from May to September.Use the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the changes of various indicators.The results showed that with the extension of the growth cycle of alfalfa plants,the plant height in the growth indicators of alfalfa gradually increased,the fresh weight and dry weight first increased and then decreased,and the fresh to dry ratio gradually decreased.The content of crude fiber,crude protein,crude fatand,crude ash of alfalfa in different harvest periods increased first and then decreased with the increase of harvest months,while the content of phosphorus and potassium decreased.The membership function method is used to analyze the comprehensive membership function value of 10 indicators.The size of the membership function value is July>August>June>May>September.The growth and nutritional indicators of alfalfa in July was the highest,which is the best time for alfalfa cutting and silage.
