摘  要:采用文献资料、逻辑分析、教学实验等研究方法,对“三全育人”理念下的大学体育教学改革进行研究.科学构建了“1234”大学体育一体化教育教学体系,促进了课程理念和教学目标的一致性,教学体系和教学内容的一致性,教学模式和管理模式的信息化,思想政治教育贯穿体育教学的全程化.经过实践使大学生初步养成了良好的锻炼习惯,体育人文素养得到全面提升,体育学习由“要我学”转变成“我要学”,学生体质健康水平得到了有效提升.Using literature,logical analysis,teaching experiments and other research methods,the reform of college physical education under the concept of“three-round education”is studied.Science has built the“1234”university physical education and teaching system,which promotes the consistency of curriculum concepts and teaching goals,the consistency of teaching system and teaching content,the informatization of teaching mode and management mode,and ideological and political education throughout the whole process of physical education.Through practice,college students have initially developed good exercise habits,their physical and humanistic literacy has been comprehensively improved,physical education learning has changed from“want me to learn”to“I want to learn”,and the physique and health level of students has been effectively improved.
