摘  要:紫薇属植物约60种,由于其花色艳丽,花期长达3个月,且枝叶具有净化空气的能力,是著名的园林花卉物种。近年来,由于紫薇属新品种较多,难以分析其亲缘关系,而SSR分子标记技术凭借稳定性好、多态性高的特点,在紫薇属品种间展现了广阔的应用前景。介绍了SSR标记的基本原理、特点和开发方法,综述了SSR标记在紫薇属遗传多样性及亲缘关系、杂种纯度鉴定、遗传连锁图谱与DNA指纹图谱中的应用。分析SSR标记的特点和基本原理,旨在更全面分析SSR分子标记的优劣势,为今后SSR应用于紫薇属其他品种中提供参考,同时也为SSR分子标记在紫薇属中的应用提供理论依据。There are about 60 species of Lagerstroemia,which is a famous garden flower species because of its bright color,flowering period of up to 3 months,and its branches and leaves have the ability to purify the air.In recent years,due to the majority of new varieties of Lagerstroemia,it is difficult to analyze their genetic relationship,and SSR molecular marker technology has shown a broad application prospect among varieties of Lagerstroemia with its good stability and high polymorphism.This paper briefly introduces the principle,characteristics and development methods of SSR molecular markers,and summarizes the applications of SSR markers in Lagerstroemia genetic diversity and kinship,hybrid purity identification,genetic linkage map and DNA fingerprinting.The purpose of analyzing the characteristics and basic principles of SSR markers is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of SSR molecular markers more comprehensively,so as to provide a reference for the application of SSR in other varieties of Lagerstroemia in the future,and also provide a theoretical basis for the application of SSR molecular markers in Lagerstroemia.
