摘　　要：农村家庭创业经营是培养农业人才、吸纳农村就业、繁荣农村经济、促进农业农村现代化高质量发展的重要路径之一。通过调查重庆市农村家庭经营主体的农业创业过程,发现农村家庭创业经营存在认识准备不足、政策制度缺失、经营能力较弱、继承乏力等问题,从政策支持方向、政府服务内容、有效的培训等方面提出对策。Rural family entrepreneurship is one of the important ways to cultivate agricultural talents,absorb rural employment,prosper rural economy,and promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural modernization.By investigating the process of agricultural entrepreneurship of rural family operators in Chongqing,this paper finds that there are problems such as insufficient knowledge and preparation,lack of policies and systems,weak management ability and weak inheritance in rural family entrepreneurship,then this paper puts forward suggestions from the policy support direction,government service content,effective training and so on.
