摘  要:OC曲线性能评价是质量管理与可靠性课程教学的重要内容。在适应教学需求的同时,为顺应多样化、定制化的生产趋势,提出抽样特性曲线的一种新的评价指标——加权信息熵评价指标,运用仿真软件分析该评价方法的可行性及有效性。该方法运用于抽样特性曲线性能评价实验时,能适应不同产品的生产差异,且计算快速,软件操作便捷,提高了评价的科学性。通过实验学生可加深对抽样特性曲线学习的理解、提高学习兴趣与应用能力。OC curve performance evaluation is an important content of quality management and reliability course teaching.While adapting to teaching needs,in order to comply with the trend of diversified and customized production,a new evaluation index of sampling characteristic curve—weighted information entropy evaluation index was proposed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method were verified by simulation software.In the performance evaluation experiment of sampling characteristic curve,the method can adapt to the production differences of different products,and the calculation is fast and convenient,which improves the evaluation is scientific.Through experiments,students can deepen their understanding of sampling characteristic curve learning,and improve their interest in learning and application ability.
