摘  要:为了制备高效、可回收的染料工业废水吸附剂,本文以Fe_(3)O_(4)和纤维素为原料,合成了磁性纳米复合纤维材料Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose,再分别使用戊二醛和聚乙烯亚胺进行交联和改性后,制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI,考察了材料在不同的pH、吸附时间、染料初始浓度下,对甲基橙染料的吸附降解效果。结果表明,pH=4,吸附时间为6h时,Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI对甲基橙的吸附容量达到84.4mg·g^(-1)。动力学研究结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI对阴离子染料甲基橙的吸附过程,符合准二级吸附速率方程和Freundlich等温吸附模型。该纳米复合纤维材料对甲基橙模拟染料废水的吸附效果良好且易分离回收,在工业废水的治理中具有良好的应用前景。In order to prepare an efficient and recyclable adsorbent for dye industrial wastewater,magnetic nanocomposite fiber material Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose was synthesized applied Fe_(3)O_(4) and cellulose as raw materials.Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose was crosslinked and modified with glutaraldehyde and polyvinylimine to prepare Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI.The adsorption and degradation of methyl orange dye were investigated under different pH,adsorption time and initial dye concentration.The results showed that when pH=4 and adsorption time was 6h,the adsorption capacity of Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI for methyl orange reached 84.4080 mg/g.The kinetic study result showed that the adsorption process of anionic dye methyl orange by Fe_(3)O_(4)@cellulose-PEI conformed to the quasi second order adsorption rate equation and Freundlich isotherm adsorption model.The nano composite fiber material had good adsorption effect on methyl orange simulated dye wastewater and was easy to separate and recover,which had a good application prospect in industrial wastewater treatment.
