摘 要:建立了液液萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水样中3种氯酚类化合物的方法。在酸性(pH<2)条件下,用二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂萃取水中酚类化合物,经浓缩定容后,以甲醇/水(1%冰乙酸)为流动相等度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果表明,3种酚类化合物色谱峰完全分离,目标物在0.05~5 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数达到0.9999以上,方法检出限为0.013~0.037μg/L,RSD为0.2%~5.1%,加标回收率达80.5%~97.5%。方法适用于地表水及地下水中酚类化合物的检测。A simple method based on liquid-liquid extraction coupled with highly performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)has been devel-oped for the determination of three chlorophenolic compounds.Under acidic(pH<2)conditions,phenolic compounds were extracted from wa-ter using a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and ethyl acetate.After concentration and constant volume,they were eluted with methanol water(1%glacial acetic acid)as a mobile phase and detected by a UV detector.The retention time was used for qualitative analysis and the peak ar-ea was quantified.The results show that chromatographic peaks of three phenolic compounds can completely be separated,and the target objects have good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.05-5 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient reaches above 0.9999,and a detection limit of this method is in the ranges of 0.013-0.037μg/L,the RSD is 0.2%-5.1%,and the standard recovery rates are 80.5%-97.5%.The method is suitable for the detection of phenolic compounds in surface water and groundwater.
