摘  要:研究了以邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定脱硫液中络合铁脱硫催化剂(FMG)的含量。以试剂空白做参比,在510 nm处测定吸光度,考察了邻菲啰啉显色剂加入量、盐酸羟胺还原剂加入量、pH值、显色稳定时间、反应温度对测定结果的影响。根据实验结果得到线性回归方程y=239.98x-1.488,R=0.9999。结果表明,该方法具有比较理想的稳定性,重现性,能更好地满足脱硫液中络合铁脱硫催化剂(FMG)含量的测定。In this experiment,the content of complex iron desulfurization catalyst(FMG)in desulfurization solution was determined using o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry.Using the reagent blank as a reference,the absorbance was measured at 510 nm.The effects of the addition of o-phenanthroline chromogenic agent,hydroxylamine hydrochloride reducing agent,pH value,color stability time,and reaction temperature on the determination results were investigated for FMG content determination.Based on the experimental results,a linear regression equation was obtained:y=239.98x-1.488,R=0.9999.The results indicate that this method has ideal stability,reproducibility,and can better meet the determination of the content of complex iron desulfurization catalyst(FMG)in desulfurization solution.
