摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法,选用甲醇+水(80+20)为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在254 nm波长下对3%辛硫磷颗粒剂进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。结果表明,本方法测定3%辛硫磷颗粒剂的标准偏差为0.06%;变异系数为1.98%;平均回收率为99.47%;线性关系为0.9998。表明该方法操作方便、快捷、效率高,适合用于3%辛硫磷颗粒剂样品的定性和定量分析。The separation and determination of 3%phoxim granules were carried out by HPLC,using methanol and water(80+20)as mobile phase,C 18 chromatographic column and ultraviolet detector at 254 nm wavelength,and the external standard method was used for quantitative a-nalysis.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.06%,the coefficient of variation was 1.98%,the average recovery was 99.47%,and the linear relationship was 0.9998.The results showed that the method was convenient,rapid and efficient,and it was suitable for the qual-itative and quantitative analysis of 3%phoxim granules.
