摘　　要：管道开孔是油气管道维修改造中的重要工序,优质、高效完成开孔作业既可提高封堵严密性,还可为后续的断管、连头等工序预留充足动火时间。通过对油气管道开孔封堵工艺的应用,管道开孔施工中作业点的选取、施工设备的检查、开孔设备组装精度的控制、管道开孔操作等关键要素进行了全面分析,同时详细阐述了油气管道开孔的质量保证措施。Pipeline opening is an important process in the maintenance and reconstruction of oil and gas pipelines.High-quality and efficient completion of opening operations can not only improve the tightness of plugging,but also reserve sufficient ignition time for subsequent processes such as pipe breaking and connecting.In this paper,the application of oil and gas pipeline opening and plugging technology,the selection of operation points in pipeline opening construction,the inspection of construction equipment,the control of assembly accuracy of opening equip-ment,the operation of pipeline opening and other key elements are comprehensively analyzed,and the quality assurance measures of oil and gas pipeline opening are elaborated in detail.
