摘　　要：基于湿法磷酸生产工业级MAP的生产装置,使用流程模拟软件进行了分析论证,通过部分工艺改造,可以升级产品质量,基本达到电池用磷酸二氢铵的要求,并在生产线上得到了验证。Production plant based on wet-process phosphoric acid production of industrial-grade MAP,the analysis and demonstration was carried out using process simulation software,retrofit through part of the process,product quality can be upgraded,it basically meets the re-quirements of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate for batteries,and it has been verified on the production line.
