摘　　要：为提高企业EPC火电工程的质量管控能力,依据火电工程的质量管理经验和规范,提出EPC项目在前期准备阶段、过程实施阶段和收尾阶段的质量管控要点,从而提高合同履约水平和助力企业高质量发展。In order to improve the quality control ability of EPC thermal power projects,this paper puts forward the key points of quality control of EPC projects in the preliminary preparation,process implementation and closing stages based on the quality management experience and specifications of thermal power projects,so as to improve the level of contract performance and help the high-quality development of enterprises.
