摘 要:随着经济社会的发展,电力设计企业项目日益增多,项目管理模式也由传统的单一项目管理转变为多项目管理,在此模式下,既保证工程质量又加快项目进度,同时满足企业对员工绩效评价的需求,是我们要研究的课题。通过对多项目管理的含义、特点的阐述,分析多项目管理模式下组织结构变化和绩效评价的影响因素,提出电力设计企业的管理措施和工作思路建议。With the development of economy and society,there are more and more projects in electric power design enterprises,and the project management mode has changed from the traditional single project management to multiproject management.In this mode,the project quality can be guaranteed,the project progress can be accelerated,and the enterprise's demand for employee performance evaluation can be met,which is the topic we need to study.This paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of multi-project management,analyzes the influencing factors of organizational structure change and performance evaluation under the mode of multi-project management,and puts forward the management measures and suggestions of power design enterprises.
