摘  要:针对传统切向水力旋流器不适用于狭长空间(如井下油水分离)的问题,根据某油田含油污水的物性参数,设计了一种新型导叶式油水分离水力旋流器,研究了旋流器的压力场、速度场、湍动能及油相体积浓度分布特点,并分析其分离性能。结果表明,该导叶式水力旋流器具有稳定的离心力场,油水两相分离过程主要发生在大锥段,小锥段也有分离过程的发生,而直管段则主要起着稳定流场的作用;设计的旋流器在某油田现场具体条件下,当入口流量为5 m^(3)/h时,压降低至0.35 MPa,而分离效率高达80.51%。Aiming at the problem that the traditional tangential hydrocyclone is not suitable for narrow space(such as downhole oil-water separation),a new type of hydraulic cyclone for oil-water separation with guide vane is designed according to the physical parameters of oil-bearing wastewater in an oilfield.The pressure field,velocity field,turbulence energy and oil phase volume concentration distribution characteristics of the cyclone were studied,and its separation performance was analyzed.The results show that the guide lobe hydrocyclone has a stable centrifugal force field,and the oil-water two-phase separation process mainly occurs in the large cone section,the separation process also occurs in the small cone section,while the straight pipe section mainly plays the role of stabilizing the flow field.The designed cyclone has a high separation efficiency of 80.51%and the pressure is reduced to 0.35 MPa under the specific conditions of an oil field site when the inlet flow rate is 5 m^(3)/h.
