摘  要:本文对原始样品稀释法和蒸馏后样品稀释法进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,采用这两种稀释法分别进行实际样品检测,测定结果基本一致,相对标准偏差均<3%,两种方法的相对误差均<5%;进行氨氮标准样品检测,测定结果均在标准值范围内,相对标准偏差均<3%,采用标准曲线计算和采用工作曲线计算结果均没有明显差别。因此两种稀释法的精密度和准确度都能满足氨氮检测的技术要求,两者的测定结果基本一致,但是蒸馏后样品稀释法更便利、更高效,值得推广。This article conducts experimental research on the dilution method of the original sample and the dilution method of the distilled sample.The research results show that using these two dilution methods for actual sample detection is basically consistent,with relative standard deviations of less than 3%and relative errors of less than 5%for both methods;Conduct ammonia nitrogen standard sample testing,and the measurement results are all within the standard value range,with relative standard deviation less than 3%.There is no significant difference between the results calculated using the standard curve and the results calculated using the working curve.Therefore,the precision and accuracy of both dilution methods can meet the technical requirements for ammonia nitrogen detection,and the measurement results of both methods are basically consistent.However,the sample dilution method after distillation is more convenient and efficient,and is worth promoting.
