摘  要:城市环境污染大多来自工业生产和建设项目,在生产和建设过程中不仅会产生有毒有害物质和大量废弃垃圾,并且其影响范围极广,涵盖了空气、水资源、土壤等多方面,甚至会严重影响附近居民的身体健康。本文主要以工业园区规划环境影响评价和建设项目环境影响评价的联动为主要研究对象,从重要性、面临问题、提出建议三个方面进行了深入的探讨,力图为我国工业园区和建设项目规划建立起一套完善、健全的影响评价体系,并将工业园区和建设项目的污染情况彻底纳入管理评价体系之中,实现对城市环境的全面监管,最大程度地减少污染,保护环境,促进企业的长期可持续发展,保障居民的日常生活环境,有力推动社会经济的平稳发展。Most of the pollution in urban environments comes from industrial production and construction projects,which not only produce toxic and harmful substances and a large amount of waste,but also have a wide range of impacts,covering various aspects such as air,water resources,soil,and even seriously affecting the personal health of nearby residents.This article mainly focuses on the linkage between environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning and environmental impact assessment of construction projects,and conducts in-depth discussions from three aspects:importance,facing problems,and proposing suggestions.It aims to establish a comprehensive and sound impact assessment system for industrial park and construction project planning in China,and thoroughly incorporate the pollution situation of industrial parks and construction projects into the management evaluation system.To achieve comprehensive supervision of the urban environment,minimize pollution,protect the environment,promote long-term sustainable development of enterprises,and also ensure the daily living environment of residents,effectively promoting stable social and economic development.
