摘 要:城市生活垃圾焚烧发电是实现垃圾处理资源化、无害化的重要措施,在努力达到“碳达峰”“碳中和”的背景下,垃圾焚烧成为解决“垃圾围城”的重要手段。但城市生活垃圾焚烧发电会产生具有致癌性、内分泌毒性、生殖毒性和抑制免疫作用的二噁英污染物。本文首先分析了二噁英的理化特征及危害,并进一步探讨了城市生活垃圾焚烧发电过程中二噁英的生成途径及机理。在此基础上,提出了燃烧前、中、后全周期、全环节处理措施,以减少二噁英污染物的排放及垃圾焚烧过程中的环境污染。Power generation by incineration of urban domestic waste is an important measure to realize the recycling and harmless treatment of waste,and also under the background of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,waste incineration has become an important means to solve the problem of“garbage siege”.However,power generation by incineration of urban domestic waste will produce dioxin pollutants with carcinogenicity,endocrine toxicity,reproductive toxicity and immune suppression.This articlefirst analyzes the physicochemical characteristics and hazards of dioxins,and further explores the pathways and mechanisms of dioxin generation in the process of municipal solid waste incineration power generation.Based on this,it proposes full cycle and full process treatment measures before,during,and after combustion to reduce the emission of dioxin pollutants and reduce the environmental pollution hazards during the waste incineration process.
