成渝地区双城经济圈经济关联与区域高质量发展研究

摘　　要：成渝地区双城经济圈建设是国家区域发展的重大战略,区域内城市之间的经济关联和空间结构特征是影响城市高质量发展的重要因素。本文采用引力模型、社会网络分析、指标构建法以及空间杜宾模型,研究2007—2020年成渝地区双城经济圈16个城市的经济关联和高质量发展的关系以及空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:(1)成渝地区双城经济圈的空间结构呈现明显的“双核”模式,空间网络化发展的趋势正逐步形成,但是区域之间存在较大的差距,中小城市的发展不足。(2)成渝地区高质量发展水平呈现逐年上升趋势,但是总体水平不高,且城市间差距明显。(3)经济关联的网络结构和经济关联规模对区域高质量发展存在显著的正向促进作用,各城市之间具有差异性,发达地区对落后地区存在较大的“虹吸效应”,导致经济发展的空间溢出效应显著为负。因此,要发挥好中心城市的网络效应和空间溢出效应,积极培育和发展中小城市,构建大中小城市协调互动的区域发展格局,从而促进成渝地区的高质量发展。The construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region is a major national strategy for regional development,and the economic linkages and spatial structural characteristics between cities in the region are important factors affecting the high-quality development of cities.The high-quality development and spatial spillover effects of 16 cities in the twin-city economic circle of the Chengdu-Chongqing region from 2007 to 2020 are studied by the gravity model,social network analysis,indicator construction method,and spatial Durbin model.The research results show that:(1)The spatial structure of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region shows a clear “twin-core” pattern,with a gradual trend of spatial network development,but there are still significant regional gaps,and the development of small and medium-sized cities is insufficient.(2)The level of high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing region has been rising year by year,but the overall level is not high,and the gap between cities is obvious.(3) The network structure of economic linkages and the scale of economic linkages have a significant positive effect on regional quality development,but there are differences between cities,the spatial spillover effect of economic development is significantly negative due to the large “siphoning effect” of developed regions on backward regions.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the network effects and spatial spillover effects of central cities,actively cultivate and develop small and medium-sized cities,and build a regional development pattern of coordinated interaction between large,medium,and small cities to promote the highquality development of the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
