摘　　要：为解决人防工程管理和战备应用中的数据标准不一、底数不清、业务支撑不足等问题,本文从数据标准建设、人防工程普查测绘、数据建库及应用系统建设等几个方面开展研究,在某市历时6年进行应用实践,实现了全市人防工程的标准化、信息化管理和智能化应用,提高了人防工程管理效率和战备保障能力。In order to solve the problems of different data standards,unclear data base and insufficient business support in civil air defense works management and combat readiness application,this paper studies from the aspects of data standard construction,civil air defense works survey and mapping,data database construction and application system construction,and carries out application practice in a city for six years,realizing the standardization,information management and intelligent application of civil air defense works in the city.The efficiency of civil air defense works management and combat readiness support capability are improved.
