摘 要:针对农村土地及房屋所有权确权登记中面临的主要技术问题,本文以杭州市萧山区农村集体土地及房屋所有权确权登记工作实践为例,对宗地权属调查、地籍和房产测量、房产分户图绘制、数据库建立等进行了重点探讨分析,对存在的问题、遗留的问题提出了改进意见和建议,可为我国农村集体土地确权登记发证工作提供理论支撑和实践经验。In view of the main technical problems in the confirmation and registration of rural land and housing ownership,this paper takes the confirmation and registration of rural collective land and housing ownership in Xiaoshan district of Lanzhou city as an example,mainly discusses and analyzes the control survey technology,land ownership survey,cadastral and real estate survey,real estate household map drawing,database establishment,etc.,and puts forward improvement opinions and suggestions for the existing problems and remaining problems,so as to provide theoretical support and practical experience for the registration and certification of rural collective land ownership in China.
