摘 要:通过量化评估干散货码头大气污染防治技术的防治效果,为码头大气污染防治建设提供技术支撑。针对干散货码头大气污染防治技术特点,筛选了21种主要的干散货码头大气污染防治技术,对其建立了包含技术的先进性、适用性、经济效益和社会环境效益4个方面共12项评价指标的指标体系。将指标体系与层次分析法(AHP)相结合,指标的权重结合相关领域专家打分,建立干散货码头大气污染防治技术评价体系,对大气污染防治技术进行综合效果评价,确定技术等级。结果表明:筒仓技术、条形仓技术及干雾抑尘技术的得分较高,等级为最优;挡风围墙技术和防护林技术的得分相对较低,排序最后。本研究所建立的大气污染防治技术指标体系可为干散货码头大气污染防治技术不同单项技术的对比和筛选提供依据。The effect of air pollution prevention and control technologies for dry bulk terminals was evaluated quantitatively to provide technical support for the construction of air pollution prevention and control of terminals.According to the characteristics of air pollution control technologies for dry bulk terminals,21 kinds of main air pollution control technologies for dry bulk terminals were selected,and an index system with 12 evaluation indexes was established,including 4 aspects of technical advancement,applicability,economic benefits and social and environmental benefits.The index system is combined with the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the weight of the index is combined with the scoring of experts in related fields to establish the evaluation system of air pollution prevention and control technologies for dry bulk terminals,so as to evaluate the comprehensive effect of air pollution prevention and control technologies and determine the technical level.The results show that the scores of silo technology,strip warehouse technology and dry fog dust suppression technology were higher,and the grade was the best;the scores of windbreak wall technology and shelter forest technology were relatively low,and the ranking was the last.The technical index system of air pollution prevention and control established in this study can provide a basis for the comparison and selection of different individual technologies of air pollution prevention and control technology for dry bulk terminals.
