摘　　要：景德镇作为中部首个、全国第十三个版权示范城市,在陶瓷版权方面积累了较为成功可推广的经验,尤其是以陶瓷文创产业为主的各大园区、街区,产业集群引发的虹吸效应,为景德镇陶瓷文创产业的版权保护提供了好的客观条件。以陶瓷文创产品为媒介讲好景德镇故事,传播陶瓷文化,做好版权保护是应有之意。Jingdezhen,as the first copyright demonstration city in central China and the thirteenth national copyright demonstration city,has accumulated relatively successful and scalable experience in the field,especially in major parks,blocks,and industrial clusters that focus on ceramic cultural and creative industries.The siphon effect provides good objective conditions for the copyright protection of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry.Using ceramic cultural and creative products as a medium to tell the story of Jingdezhen well,spread ceramic culture,and do a good job in copyright protection is the proper meaning.
