摘 要:在取暖工况下,船用中央空调器采用双温包温度调节器来控制水蒸气流量,来调节空调舱室的温度。针对传统温度调节阀存在的问题,开发基于PLC双温包温度调节器控制系统。该控制系统选择以PLC-S7系列为下位机,定期采集装置运行技术参数数值,PID运算后,输出脉宽调制信号,改变比例电磁阀开度来调节锅炉水蒸气的流量,自动合理调整空调舱室温度,充分发挥控制系统精度高、响应快和维护简便等优势,契合智能无人驾驶船舶的设计理念。Under the heating condition,the marine central air conditioner uses a double temperature pack temperature regulator to control the steam flow and adjust the temperature of the air conditioning cabin.Aiming at the problem of traditional temperature regulating valve,the control system of temperature regulator based on PLC double temperature packet is developed.The control system chooses PLC-S7 series as the lower machine,regularly collects the operation technical parameters of the device,outputs pulse width modulation signal after PID operation,changes the opening of proportional solenoid valve to adjust the flow of boiler water vapor,automatically and reasonably adjusts the temperature of air conditioning cabin,and gives full play to the advantages of control system,such as high precision,quick response and easy maintenance.It can fit the design concept of intelligent unmanned ships.
