摘 要:采用矿物解离分析仪和化学分析等分析测试手段,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占92.27%的条件下,对白云鄂博西矿的矿物组成、嵌布特性和粒度分布等方面进行研究。根据矿石的矿物学特征和工业选矿流程的可行性,对原则流程进行了制定并进行了条件优化试验。在此基础上,采用新型稀土捕收剂CMS-1和抑制剂CAM-1,通过稀土浮选开路试验得到REO品位为10.17%、回收率为86.15%的稀土粗精矿。采用新型萤石捕收剂CMK-2和抑制剂CMP-1、CMP-3,通过实验室小型闭路试验,得到CaF 2品位90.80%、回收率33.00%的萤石精矿,为选别同种类型矿石提供理论依据。Research on the dissemination characteristics,mineral composition and particle size distribution of the ore of west mine in Bayan Obo under the condition that the grinding fineness is 92.27%of-0.074 mm is conducted by means of mineral liberation analyzer and chemical analysis,etc.According to the mineralogical characteristics of ore and the feasibility of industrial beneficiation flowsheet,the principle flowsheet is formulated and the condition optimization test is carried out.On this basis,a rare earth rougher concentrate with REO grade of 10.17%and recovery of 86.15%was obtained through rare earth flotation open circuit test using a new rare earth collector CMS-1 and depressant CAM-1.A fluorite concentrate with CaF 2 grade of 90.80%and recovery of 33.00%was obtained by using a new fluorite collector CMK-3 and depressant CMP-1 and CMP-3 through a small closed circuit test in the laboratory,which provides a theoretical basis for the separation of the same type of ores.
