Process mineralogy of a rubidium mine in Inner Mongolia

摘  要:采用化学多元素分析、光学显微镜分析、扫描电镜分析和矿物参数自动分析系统(MLA)等分析手段对内蒙古自治区某铷矿的石化学成分、矿物组成及含量、嵌布特征、粒度分布、铷元素的赋存状态等进行研究。结果表明:矿石中Rb_(2) O含量为0.107%,铷矿石的主要矿物为钠长石、石英、钾长石、云母、高岭石,铷主要以类质同象的形式存在于云母和钾长石中,云母中含Rb_(2) O 0.886%,分布率为47.49%,钾长石含Rb_(2) O 0.226%,分布率为52.51%;矿石中的石英粒度最大,钾长石和钠长石的嵌布粒度较接近,为0.74~1.2 mm,云母粒度主要分布在0.02~0.85 mm,微细粒云母和穿插在长石或被长石包裹中的云母较难实现单体解离,也较易产生泥化,不利于铷的选矿回收。The chemical composition,mineral composition and content,dissemination characteristics,particle size distribution,and occurrence state of rubidium element of a rubidium ore in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were studied by means of chemical multi-element analysis,optical microscope analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis and MLA(automatic analysis system of mineral parameters).The results show that Rb_(2) O content in the ore is 0.107%.The main minerals of the rubidium ore are albite,quartz,K-feldspar,mica and kaolinite.Rubidium mainly exists in mica and K-feldspar in the form of isomorphism.Mica contains 0.886%Rb_(2) O,with a distribution rate of 47.49%,and K-feldspar contains 0.226%Rb_(2) O,with a distribution rate of 52.51%.The particle size of quartz in the ore is the largest.The embedded particle size of potash feldspar and albite is close,0.74-1.2 mm.The particle size of mica is mainly distributed in 0.02-0.85 mm.It is difficult to separate the fine mica and the mica interspersed in feldspar or wrapped in feldspar,and it is also easy to produce mud,which is not conducive to the beneficiation and recovery of rubidium.
