摘　　要：目的调查痴呆患者家庭抗逆力水平现状,探讨其影响因素。方法便利选取郑州市某三甲医院神经内科收治的214例痴呆患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭抗逆力评定量表、Zarit照顾者负担量表、照顾者积极感受量表、Barthel指数评定量表进行横断面调查。结果痴呆患者家庭抗逆力总分(99.02±13.00)分。多元线性回归分析显示患者痴呆类型、合并慢性病及照顾者婚姻状况、每日照顾时间、照顾负担、照顾者积极感受是痴呆患者家庭抗逆力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论痴呆患者家庭抗逆力水平有待提高,医护人员应注重挖掘照顾者的积极体验,指导照顾者获取多样化的社会照护资源,以减轻照顾负担,增强家庭优势,提升家庭抗逆力水平。Objective To explore the level of family resilience of dementia patients and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 214 caregivers were selected from the neurology department of a Grade-Ⅲhospital in Zhengzhou by convenience sampling method,and were interviewed with general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale-Chinese version,Zarit burden interview,positive aspects of caregiver and Barthel in⁃dex.Results The total score of family resilience in dementia patients was(99.02±13.00)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that dementia type,chronic disease,marital status of caregivers,daily caring time,caring burden and caregivers’positive feelings were influencing factors for family resilience(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The level of family resilience of dementia patients needs to be improved.Medical staff need to pay attention to exploring the positive experience of caregivers,and guide caregivers to obtain diversified social care resources,so as to reduce caring burden,enhance family advantages and improve family resilience.
