摘　　要：目的观察经一次性使用鼻胃肠管早期肠内营养对急性呼吸衰竭患者的干预效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年12月河南省胸科医院接收的200例急性呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按照是否经一次性使用鼻胃肠管进行早期肠内营养分为对照组(100例,行经口进食辅以肠外营养干预)与试验组(100例,经一次性使用鼻胃肠管进行早期肠内营养),比较两组患者预后。结果治疗后试验组血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗期间腹泻、腹胀、坠积性肺炎等并发症发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(26.00%)(P<0.05)。结论经一次性使用鼻胃肠管早期肠内营养干预应用于急性呼吸衰竭患者的效果优于行经口进食辅以肠外营养干预。Objective To observe the application effect of early enteral nutrition with disposable nasal gastrointestinal tube in patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute respiratory failure who were admitted to Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled as the study subjects.According to presence or absence of early enteral nutrition with disposable nasal gastrointestinal tube,they were divided into control group(100 cases,with oral feeding and parenteral nutrition intervention)and experimental group(100 cases,with disposable nasal gastrointestinal tube for early enteral nutrition).The prognosis was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence rate of complications such as diarrhea,abdominal distension and hypostatic pneumonia in experimental group(6.00%)was lower than that(26.00%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early enteral nutrition intervention with disposable nasal gastrointestinal tube is better than that of oral feeding with parenteral nutrition intervention on patients with acute respiratory failure.
