女性围绝经期综合征与健康促进生活方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期综合征女性症状评分与健康促进生活方式的相关性。方法对2022年8—12月于郑州市某三级甲等医院妇科门诊就诊的688例以围绝经期综合征为诊断的女性进行调查,研究工具为改良版Kupperman评分量表和中文版健康促进生活方式量表,分析围绝经期症状得分与健康促进生活方式总分及各维度得分之间的相关性。结果改良版Kupperman得分为(21.04±8.45)分,其中,轻度220人(31.98%),中度318人(46.22%),重度150人(21.80%)。健康促进生活方式总分为(119.28±14.36)分,不同程度症状患者健康促进生活方式总分及各维度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。围绝经期症状评分与健康促进生活方式总分及营养管理、精神成长、体育运动、健康责任4个维度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征女性的症状评分与健康促进生活方式总分及其4个维度之间关系密切,医务人员可通过改善健康促进生活方式缓解患者不适症状。Objective To investigate the correlation between symptom score of perimenopausal women and health-promoting lifestyle.Methods A total of 688 women who visited the gynecological outpatient department of a tertiary and first-class hospital in Zhengzhou from August to December 2022 and diagnosed with perimenopausal syndrome were investigated by Kupperman scale and the Chinese version of the health promotion lifestyle scale.The correlation between the score of perimenopausal symptoms and the total score of health promoting lifestyle,as well as the scores of various dimensions were analyzed.Results The modified Kupperman score was(21.04±8.45)points,of which 220 cases(31.98%)were mild,318 cases(46.22%)were moderate,and 150 cases(21.80%)were severe.The total score of health-promoting lifestyle was(119.28±14.36)points,and the total score and dimension of health-promoting lifestyle under different degrees of symptoms had statistically differences(P<0.05).The perimenopausal symptom score was negatively correlated with the total score of health promotion lifestyle,nutrition management,spiritual growth,physical activity and health responsibility(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptom scores of women with perimenopausal syndrome are closely related to the health promotion lifestyle total score and its four dimensions.Healthcare providers can alleviate patients’discomfort symptoms by improving their health and promoting lifestyle.
