集束化护理联合人文关怀对宫外孕失血性休克患者的作用效果

摘　　要：目的探究集束化护理联合人文关怀对宫外孕失血性休克患者的作用效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年11月河南省中医院收治的102例宫外孕失血性休克患者随机分为两组,对照组(51例)在常规护理基础上接受人文关怀护理干预,观察组(51例)在对照组基础上联合集束化护理模式干预。比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓、肺栓塞等并发症发生率;记录两组患者住院时间及术后首次下床时间;检测两组患者术后48 h下肢静脉血流状况;比较两组患者术后负面情绪水平及患者家属对护理满意度评价。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率(3.92%)低于对照组(15.69%)(P<0.05);观察组住院时间及术后首次下床时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后下肢静脉平均流速及峰值流速均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(96.08%)高于对照组(84.31%)(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理联合人文关怀护理干预宫外孕失血性休克患者,可有效降低术后并发症的发生率,缩短术后住院时间及首次下床时间,提高下肢静脉平均流速及峰值流速,调整患者术后情绪恢复,提升患者家属满意度。Objective To explore the effect of clustered nursing combined with humanistic care in patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 102 patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy treated in Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(51 cases)were given humanistic care based on conventional nursing care,and the observation group(51 cases)were combined with the clustered nursing mode intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in the two groups were compared.The hospitalization time and the time of first getting out of bed after the operation in the two groups were recorded.The venous blood flow in the lower extremities of the two groups was measured 48 hours after the operation.The levels of postoperative negative emotions between two groups of patients and their family members’evaluation of nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.92%)was lower than that in the control group(15.69%)(P<0.05),the hospitalization time and the first time to get out of bed after the operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the average flow velocity and peak flow velocity of lower limb veins in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of the control group(84.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy,clustered nursing combined with humanistic care intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the postoperative hospital stay and the first time to get out of bed,and promote the average flow velocity and peak flow velocity of the lower limb veins,and adjust the
