摘  要:为制备综合性能优异的单组分室温固化导电硅橡胶,以缩合型液体硅橡胶为基胶,镍包覆石墨粉(Ni/C)为导电填料,研究了镍包覆石墨粉用量和交联剂用量分别对导电胶导电性能、力学性能的影响,以及热老化对导电胶导电性能的影响。结果表明:Ni/C导电粉用量为240份,交联剂用量为9份,制得的脱酮肟型单组分室温固化导电胶具有良好的导电性和力学性能,可实现常温下原位固化,为实际施工提供了便捷性。In order to prepare one-component room-temperature curing conductive silicone rubber with excellent comprehensive properties,condensed liquid rubber was used as basis,and nickel coated graphit powder was used as conductive material,the effects of nickel-coated graphite powder dosage and cross-linking agent dosage on conductive properties and mechanical cal properties of conductive adhesive,and the effects of thermal aging on the conductive properties of conductive adhesive,respectively,were studied.The results indicated that the de-ketoxime type one-component room temperature curing conductive adhesive had good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties,and can achieve in-situ curing at room temperature,providing convenience for the actual construction,when the amount of Ni/C conductive powder was about 240 phr,and the amount of crosslinking agent was about 9 phr.
